About Minnesota Quidditch.
Welcome to Minnesota Quidditch! We are a college quidditch organization that maintains both an intramural league and competitive traveling team.
On Sundays during the collegiate school year, you can find up to 200 of us participating in intramural matches on the East River Flats of the University of Minnesota. Within this league, we host fun, competitive Quidditch matches for those looking to try out this engaging sport.
Our competitive traveling team is a US Quidditch (USQ) official team that has participated in various sanctioned tournaments around the U.S.A, including the last seven US Quidditch Cups!
Our organization was formed in Fall 2010, where we started up our intramural league and began to participate in USQ competitive tournaments. Since then, we’ve built a college community of over 200 intramural participants and won two Tony Diggs Excellence Awards; one for the best Rookie Registered Student Organization in 2010 and the other for Outstanding Program/Event in 2011 for our Yule Ball. In fact, 800 people attended our 2016 Yule Ball Fundraiser, maxing out the capacity of the building!

- Placed in the final four of two Midwest Regional Championships
- Won 1st place in the 2015-2016 Midwest Regional Championships
- Advanced to the final four at Quidditch World Cup V
- Advanced to the sweet sixteen at Quidditch World Cup 11 (2017)
